Basic information

Our Clinic offers optional terms of reservation (depending on the room availability) and unlimited periods of stay. Payments for hotel stay and treatments are charged separately. Payment for stay includes:

• accommodation consistent with reservation, 
• food: breakfast, dinner, supper (buffet lunch), with a separate room for guests on a diet,
• twenty-four-hour medical care and consultations with nutritionist, 
• admission to generally available cultural parties organised by the Clinic,
  Hotel stays (without therapeutic treatment) are covered by 7% VAT.
  In our health resort we offer discounts (Discounts are not added):
• for stays longer than 15 days,
• for regular Guests (the status of regular Guest is granted after the third stay longer than 14 days).

In order to confirm reservation one has to pay advance payment in the sum of 20% of the total cost of stay by transfer to the bank account given in the confirmation of reservation.
The payment for stay should be made in cash desk or reception desk of Clinic within 3 days from arrival.
Payment may be in cash, by transfer or credit card (JCB, Master Card, American Express, Visa, Diners Club International, PolCard, Styl PBK, Maestro, VISA Elektron, PolCard Bis).
There is an currency exchange office on the grounds of Clinic.
All Guests of Clinic have to pay the local fee after arrival; this the fee charged by magistrate in Ciechocinek in the amount determined by the Town Council resolution.
During stay in Clinic there is an option of purchasing the total insurance package.
We organize transfers from/to the airports, and from/to ship harbours by air - conditioned coach according to the valid price list.
There is the secured parking lot managed by professional security company on the Clinic grounds. Guests are asked to pay the total park fee charged by the security company at the moment of arrival.
Clinic does not accept any domestic pets for obvious reasons.
